Welcome to What’s the @ (“the App”, “we”, “our”, “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our mobile application and related services. By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 13 years old to use the App.

  • The App may require verification through Instagram OAuth login or Instagram DM verification.
  • By using these methods, you authorize us to connect with your social media account solely for verification purposes.
  • We will never post on your behalf.

4. Use of the App

  • Use the App for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purposes.
  • Harass, abuse, or harm other users.
  • Interfere with the security or functionality of the App.
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or exploit the App.

5. User Content

  • By posting, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute such content solely for operating the App.
  • Content is ephemeral: posts, profiles, or event interactions may disappear after a set time or when you leave an event.

6. Event & Private Spaces

  • Hosts may create private, invite-only events within the App.
  • Event hosts are responsible for managing guest access and event rules.
  • We are not responsible for host conduct, guest behavior, or outcomes of any event.

7. Payments & Subscriptions

  • Certain features (e.g., private events, premium subscriptions) may require payment.
  • Payments are processed through the App Store/Google Play billing systems.
  • Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled through your device settings.
  • All fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

8. Privacy

Your use of the App is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and share your information.

9. Intellectual Property

  • All rights, title, and interest in the App (including design, code, logos, and branding) are owned by us or our licensors.
  • You may not copy, modify, distribute, or exploit the App without our written consent.

10. Disclaimers

  • The App is provided “as is” and “as available.”
  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation.
  • We are not responsible for the conduct of users or the accuracy of information shared within the App.
