What’s the @ (“the App”, “we”, “us”) provides a location-based profile discovery and event connection service. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share your information. By using the App, you agree to this policy.

• Account Information: Name, username, linked social media accounts (e.g., Instagram) used for login and verification.
• Profile Information: Content you choose to add (photo, bio, alias).
• Location Data: Approximate location to show you nearby users and events. Location is used only during active sessions and not stored indefinitely.
• Event Data: Information about private or invite-only events you host or join (event details, guest list, access QR code).
• Usage Data: Device type, operating system, IP address, and in-app activity logs.

2. How We Use Information

• Provide core features: nearby discovery, profile sharing, and private event participation.
• Verify user identity (via Instagram OAuth or Instagram DM verification).
• Maintain security, prevent fraud, and enforce our Terms of Service.
• Improve app performance, features, and user experience.
• Send service-related messages and, if you opt in, promotional updates.

3. Sharing of Information

We do not sell your data. Information may be shared only in these cases:

• Event Hosts: Your profile is visible to hosts and attendees of events you join.
• Service Providers: Trusted vendors (hosting, analytics, communication) that help us operate the App.

• Account data is retained while your account is active.
• Event-related data is temporary and may be deleted after the event ends.
